Odometer Mileage Reset, Adjustment and Correction TechniquesUsing the latest, hi-tech British, German and Italian handheld/PC, equipment specifically designed for the mileage adjustment and mileage reset process. PMC can connect to the on-board diagnostic (OBD) socket on most vehicles to perform mileage correction, adjustment, calibration and reset service interval indicators. Other mileage adjustment, alteration and mileage reset procedures utilized by PMC are semi-diagnostic requiring connection to the rear of the digital instrument cluster and some vehicles require a direct connection to the eeprom (memory chip) or processor found on the digital speedometer circuit board. Additional to our complete calibration and mileage adjustment services, we can also reset the service interval indicator on most modern vehicles via the OBD II socket found within the cockpit of the car. PMC provide this service for BMW, Porsche, Mercedes, Mini and the VAG Range of vehicles (Audi, Volkswagen, Skoda and Seat). PMC have the latest diagnostic testing equipment available (dealership level), thus enabling us to address all aspects of the service/mileage correction adjustment we undertake for you. This ensures that all service and mileage adjustment procedures are "in-sync" with any changed speedometer/odometer values and all errors codes that have recorded the previous mileage are adjusted or erased following diagnostic evaluation.
